kiez.fyi is currently invite-only. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service, circumvent rate limits, or scrape data.

Travel times, isochrones, scores, and property listings shown on kiez.fyi are estimates derived from public data and third-party services. They may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Decide where to live on your own judgement — don't rely on the map alone.

Pins, zones, and preferences you create stay yours. We only use them to run the service for you. You can delete them any time from Settings — and deleting your account removes them immediately. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

To the extent permitted by law, kiez.fyi is provided "as is" during alpha. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of data shown, for service interruptions, or for third-party content (listings, map tiles, travel-time providers). Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you use the service as a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence still apply. Place of jurisdiction, where legally permitted, is Berlin.
